These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrolment in any program, course, workshop or service offered by XLskill Infotech LLP ("XLskill", "we", "our" or "us"). By enrolling with or using the services of the Institute, you (and where applicable, your parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Terms of Enrolment

Training & Guidance
Coaches, trainers, mentors or representatives appointed by XLskill Infotech LLP will provide training and guidance to students enrolled in any course or program.

Course Fees
Course fees must be paid on or before the schedule communicated by the Institute. Fees once paid are non-refundable, non-adjustable and non-transferable. Partial withdrawal, absenteeism, or change of program does not entitle the student to a refund or fee adjustment.

Code of Conduct
Students must maintain respectful, professional behaviour toward staff, trainers, fellow students and visitors. Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination or disruption may result in immediate termination of admission without refund.

Attendance
Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must inform the Institute in advance of any leave. Excessive absenteeism may lead to suspension or termination of admission without refund.

Communication
Official communications will be sent via Email, WhatsApp, SMS or telephone. Students are responsible for providing accurate and updated contact information and for regularly checking these channels.

Classroom Discipline
Mobile phones must be on silent mode during sessions. Unauthorised audio or video recording, screen-sharing or live-streaming of classes is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property
Software, code, projects or solutions developed using Institute resources, infrastructure or guidance remain the intellectual property of the Institute unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality of Materials
All course materials, recordings, software, documentation and content provided by the Institute are confidential and must not be copied, distributed, resold or shared outside the Institute.

Use of Resources
Students must use Institute resources — including computers, software, network, lab equipment and training facilities — responsibly. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse may incur a replacement or repair cost payable by the student.

Unauthorised Use
Strict action, including legal action, will be taken for unauthorised use of Institute resources, data, information, accounts, credentials or documents.

Personal Belongings
Students are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal valuables, including laptops, tablets, mobile phones and other items. The Institute will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings on or off the premises.

Illegal & Unethical Activities
Students must not engage in any illegal, unethical or unauthorised activities. The Institute and its staff are not responsible for any consequences arising from such acts committed by students.

Photography & Recording
Photographs and video recordings of students may be taken during classes, training and practice sessions for evaluation, quality checks, internal training, advertising, marketing, publicity and social media purposes.

Use of Likeness
The Institute may use students' photographs, videos, names, testimonials and achievements for advertising, marketing, publicity, social media and partner communications without additional consent or compensation.

No Employment Guarantee
The Institute provides software training, mentoring, project exposure, interview preparation and placement assistance, but does not guarantee employment, job offers, salary packages or specific career outcomes.

Course Modifications
The Institute reserves the right to modify course content, syllabus, schedule, batch timings, mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid) or trainer allocation at any time as deemed necessary.

Cancellation of Admission
Admission may be cancelled at the sole discretion of the Institute if a student's behaviour, performance or compliance with rules is found inappropriate, with no refund of fees paid.

Binding Rules
All rules, regulations and guidelines of the Institute are binding on the student and (where applicable) the parent or legal guardian.

Right of Admission
The Institute reserves the right to grant, defer or revoke admission at any time without assigning a reason.

Amendments
The Institute may amend these terms, rules and regulations from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page and will be binding on all students from the date of publication.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
Declaration & Consent
I/We and my/our child declare that, to the best of our knowledge, the information furnished at the time of enrolment is true and complete. I/We understand that any incorrect information is sufficient cause for cancellation of admission without refund.
We acknowledge that I/we have read and agree to the above rules and regulations, including any changes made from time to time, and that I/we will abide by them. I/We agree to respect the Institute, its staff and resources, and consent to the use of my/our details, photographs and videos for training, evaluation, marketing and publicity purposes.
